Jumpworld
Rental Agreement & Terms of Service
1. Reservation and Payment
A valid payment method is required to secure your event date. All balances must be paid in full prior to or at the time of delivery. Jumpworld reserves the right to cancel setup if payment is not received in full by the start of the event.
2. Cleaning and Damage Fees
Equipment must be returned in the condition it was delivered. A cleaning fee (minimum $50) applies for units returned with food, candy, mud, or prohibited items. Lessee is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
3. Weather Policy
For safety, we do not set up in rain, lightning, or sustained winds/gusts exceeding 15 MPH. If weather turns hazardous after setup, the Lessee must deflate the unit immediately. No refunds are provided once the equipment has been inflated at your location.
4. Delivery and Setup
Lessee must ensure a clear, flat path (at least 4ft wide) to the setup area. The setup location must be free of rocks, sticks, and pet waste. We setup on grass, concrete, or pavement only (no dirt or gravel).
5. Electricity and Utilities
The Lessee is responsible for providing a dedicated 20-amp circuit within 50 feet of the setup area. Using inadequate power sources can damage blowers and will not justify a refund.
6. Adult Supervision
A responsible adult (18+) must supervise the equipment at all times. The supervisor must ensure participants follow all safety rules and prevent overcrowding or rough play.
7. Participant Rules
No shoes, eyeglasses, jewelry, or sharp objects are allowed in the unit. Participants must be sorted by size to prevent injury. Absolutely no flips, wrestling, or climbing on the outside walls or netting.
8. Site Access
Jumpworld is granted right of entry to the property for delivery and pickup. Lessee must ensure gates are unlocked and pets are secured before our arrival.
9. Equipment Care
No alterations, attachments, or signage may be added to the equipment. Do not move the equipment from the original setup location once it has been secured by our team.
10. Possession and Liability
The Lessee remains in charge of the equipment from the time of setup until a representative from Jumpworld arrives for pickup. Do not leave equipment unattended.
11. Release of Liability
Lessee voluntarily releases and holds harmless Jumpworld from any and all claims for injuries or property damage arising out of the use of the rental equipment.
12. SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions
By opting into our SMS program, you agree to receive automated and conversational text messages from Jumpworld regarding inquiries, quotes, and order updates.
- Description of SMS Use Cases: We use SMS for booking confirmations, delivery arrival windows, setup instructions, weather-related updates, and event follow-up.
- Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age to opt-in. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
- Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers and service providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

- Frequency & Rates: Message frequency varies based on interaction. Message and data rates may apply.
- Privacy: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Review our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any legal proceedings shall be held in the local county of service.
